The main living room has comfortable furniture and a 75" Smart TV (ROKU log in to your favorite streaming apps account; no cable or local channels). The invitingly comfortable sectional couch is large enough to sleep on. In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for cooking. The dining table is set for six. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, coffee station with a Keurig machine, etc. Please keep in mind that since this is a vacation home, the kitchen only has basic cookware.
