Our quiet & cozy neighborhood is home to more than 40 roaming peacocks. Citrus trees & modern landscaping surround the property. The full laundry features a large-sized washer & dryer as well as a hanging area for drying delicates. 2 parking spots are available (there is no on-street parking allowed in this neighborhood). We are licensed by the vacation rental ordinance to sleep a max of 4 adults. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors are allowed; all guests must be registered. Outside patio seating dining area, outside ceiling fan in an undercover palapa, and mood lights for evening relaxing. Because our neighborhood is in a quiet area full of long-time owner-occupants, we are not able to accommodate parties or host events. There is also an imposed 'quiet time' by the city of Fort Lauderdale from 10 pm-7 am.
