This is more than a stay it’s an experience. A perfect balance of luxury, nature, and seclusion, ideal for those seeking a peaceful escape without sacrificing comfort.

NOTE: This is South Georgia; it's hot and humid in the summer. It's also very rural, and wildlife and bugs are plentiful. It's not uncommon to see deer, wild turkey, rabits, and armadillos.

You have access to full access to the barn, trails, and vineyard.

There is no public transport.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Note: This property has a full-time staff member that lives on the property in a separate dwelling. 

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and security deposit. 

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. Note: 
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights. 
*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.   

Other things to note: 

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. 

**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.

** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.

A few areas for improvement: finding the place is a maze as you have to go down a dirt road, then cut through a field to get deep into the property before you can  see the barn. There are no directional signs, so I accidentally ended up driving in someone's yard. Inside, everything looks brand new. The stickers that come on furniture to label each part were still on some pieces (and the oven). It gave the appearance the place wasn't 100% ready. The checkin process mentioned a house rule book, but there wasn't one. The owner was very polite in our msgs, but I'd be hesitant to stay here again simply for the checkin process. You're directed out of this app and into a site where you have to upload your ID for verification. There is also a $500 refundable OR $49 non-refundable incidentals fee, and an option for early checkin - $70! Prices seemed excessive, especially since there wasn't even bottled water as a welcome."
